Roles and Responsibilities
- Design access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems through the use of CAD in accordance with regulatory, industry and business standards.
- Conduct the requirement gathering in the design and maintenance of systems
- Manage the installation, programming and maintenance of access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems coordinating with facilities personnel and third-party suppliers.
- Design, develop and maintain approval workflow systems to support employee access authorization using pre-defined company tools.
- Provide user training and maintain standard operating procedures for system users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering or Technology or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in this field.
- 5+ years of work experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and accountability in security system platform management at an industrial security facility, government facility or business, preferably in both an office and manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity in the use of CAD or similar design related software.
- Experience in system platform management associated with ICD705, 32CFRPart117, UL2050.
- Expertise in the design, installation, programming, hardware management and performance management of Lenel OnGuard or similar access control.
- Demonstrated knowledge in development of risk assessments techniques.
- Proven ability to self-manage and independently drive performance in a challenging environment.Â
- Must have the ability to prioritize, manage third party suppliers and coordinate with internal resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.Â
- Advanced computer skills/literacy and experience working with digital online databases.
- Must be available for an on-call rotation to respond to system platform failures and or SRCM-related crises/emergencies.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in IT system administrator or engineering management.

The base pay range for this position is $91,900 - $152,900 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
