ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the design and analysis of composite frames using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements
- Provide technical guidance that influences outcomes to other people supporting complex tasks; mentor others in the organization
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned hardware consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Develop action plans, with guidance, to respond to issues/ problems
- Recommend, with guidance, the approach to meet the technical and program requirements
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with internal and external customers
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- At least 3 additional years of experience/education in a Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience and/or interest in composite engineering or relatable experience
