Safran Aircraft Engines designs, produces, and sells, alone or in partnership, commercial and military aircraft engines offering world-class performance. Through CFM International*, Safran Aircraft Engines is the worlds leading supplier of engines for single-aisle mainline commercial jets. Safran Aerospace Composites in Rochester, NH is dedicated to the production of 3D woven composite parts, made using the RTM (resin transfer molding) process. The first application of this technology is the production of blades and fan cases for the LEAP (registered tradespan) engine, developed by CFM International, designed to power the next generation of single-aisle aircraft. This technology creates less noise and decreases fuel consumption for aircraft engines, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Were looking for exceptional talent to join our Quality Department for a dedicated and honest-minded professional. Our QA department focuses on auditing, laboratory activities, inspection (NDT and dimensional) and problem solving of process and products. As the QA System, you will interact regularly with all functions of the plant, be in link with other QA System from other plants (Mexico and France), manage the audit plan of the plant in accordance with AS9100, customer and internal requirements. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager.

Job Requirements:

Job Specifications
•\tBachelor's degree in appropriate science, engineering or engineering technology field or three 3+ years of manufacturing experience as a Quality engineer or Manufacturing engineer, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
•\tExperience with AS9100D, ISO17025 preferred
•\tProficiency in leading RCCAs
•\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
•\tRequires a strict attention to detail
•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills
•\tAbility to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions
•\tLighting and temperature are adequate.
•\tNoise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
•\tOccasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
