Join our Microelectronics product line in BAE Systems, Inc. Electronic Sector’s FAST LabsTM. Working in a highly collaborative environment to support our Wafer Foundry and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) products, you will make impacts by:
Generating First Article Inspection (FAI) reports including generation of supporting documentation with a focus complete, accurate, and timely submissions
Identifying process gaps and areas for improvement; propose changes to improve processes and increase efficiency
Participate in the resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions to ensure robust and sustainable improvements
Support quality assurance reviews (QARs) of MMIC and external wafer lots produced by the MicroElectronics Center (MEC) for acceptance for program delivery or sell-off to an external customer.
Champion and drive Continuous Improvement activities that support the ongoing effort to reduce scrap, rework and related Cost of Poor Quality
Participate in, and at times lead, audit activities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and other functions
Because this role involves collaborative/in-person work and support of production activities, it is an on-site position with a 4/10 schedule.
