Position Summary
Provide leadership and management for the quality function and sustain the quality philosophy for the division. Implementation of quality management system. Create and implement a quality plan to achieve the levels of quality established through organizational goals, customer expectations, related stakeholders and spanet competition. Enhance and improve the division’s products and services through the implementation of IATF6949, problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source and continual improvement techniques.
Responsibilities
Quality Management System Implementation质量体系运行
Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product meets and exceeds customer requirements

Assists to implement quality system and process audit and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control

Production Quality Management产品质量管理
Be responsible for daily production quality management in process, manage IPQC inspectors to implement the control plan, analysis, and improve, by using the method of setting target, tracking, improvement and develop.

Work with process engineer to insure robust process and process consistency.

Customer Complaint Settlement客户投诉解决
Work with CQE to solve customer complaints, help on root cause analysis, corrective action implementation.

Reporting报告
Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule

Supporting for QFD in product development process both NPD and IME

Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in an Engineering or related discipline.- 3-5 years of Quality, Engineering or related experience. Automotive industry experience preferred.- Quality management knowledge (IATF16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.)
- Quality System Auditor- Certification by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) is preferred.- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality technologies- Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).- Demonstrate and practical problem-solving skills.- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
