Job Description:

Description:

You will be the PrSM Increment 1 Transition to Production (T2P) LSE Analyst for the PrSM Program Management Office. Our team drives the seamless hand off of advanced launch system manufacturing (LSE) capabilities from development into full rate production, delivering schedules, cost targets, and risk reduction initiatives across the entire program.

What You Will Be Doing
As the LSE Analyst you will rotate through 18–24 months, supporting the LSE Proposal Lead, the PrSM Production Director, and the Senior Program Manager. You’ll act as a trusted partner to engineering, production, quality, contracts, finance, and other functional areas, providing the analytical and coordination backbone that keeps the T2P effort on track.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Partner with the LSE Proposal Lead to develop and update Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all T2P proposals involving LSE scope.
•Track and report progress of LSE deliverables across disciplines, ensuring schedule integrity and data accuracy.
•Assist in planning and executing PrSM T2P/Production meetings, tooling schedules, second source strategies, and affordability/Cost Reduction initiatives (including additive manufacturing).
•Serve as the liaison between the program office and functional groups—Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Operations, Quality, Contracts, and Finance—facilitating information flow and decision support.
•Maintain key contractual documents such as the PrSM Program Plans and update program office work packages.
•Analyze weekly manpower reports and other financial data to provide insight into cost and resource trends.
•Support the Production Risk System: identify, log, and help mitigate program risks; manage risk tooling and data repositories.
•Contribute to special projects and coordinate Program Management Reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
