Your expertise and knowledge will be instrumental in developing optical test systems and performing testing to ensure successful completion of projects, and the delivery of high-quality solutions.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans associated with optical test systems, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met. You will provide technical assistance to other engineers, troubleshoot issues, and lead or contribute to the development of innovative solutions. to resolve complex customer issues.
You will report directly to one of our Snr Engineering Managers and you will work out of our Cambridge location in Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•u202Fu202F Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams with respect to optical test systems
•u202Fu202F Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans associated with u202Fbuilding and testing optical hardware
•u202Fu202F Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems associated with manufacturing and testing of optical systems
•u202Fu202F Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and customer requirements
•u202Fu202F Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
•u202Fu202F Minimum 6 years of experience in an advanced technical role providing test engineering support for optical product related test systems
•u202Fu202F Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•u202Fu202F Effective communication and people-oriented skills
