Methods Industrialization Engineer H/M

Job Description:

Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESAs quality and safety management systems, manufacturers manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the Industrialization engineer has the following responsibilities:

•tDesign, modify, optimize and validate the production or repair methods of aeronautical components processed at SAESA.
•tDevelop the capacity and performance of the workshop regarding engine maintenance and repair activities.
•tWrite and keep updated the work documents necessary to carry out the different procedures for disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing of modules, submodules, accessories and parts within the SAESA capabilities list.
•tLead and coordinate with all areas of Safran and external suppliers the implementation of new industrial processes and repairs.
