We are seeking a Manager to lead and support the Employee Data Services (EDS) Product within the Team Member Support Portfolio. EDS enables enterprise-wide access to trusted HR data, supporting both SaaS platforms and custom-built solutions.
The EDS product suite includes:
- SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance & Goals
- Custom applications: HR Seniority and 401(k) Date Calculations, Officer Performance Evaluation
- People Data Exchange: A cloud-native, source-system agnostic platform built on microservices architecture, enabling secure and efficient consumption of employee team member data by downstream systems and vendors.
