Were seeking an experienced and motivated Leader to oversee a team of Project Support personnel, including project coordinators and administrative assistants, who provide critical support to our engineering development projects and teams. This role will be based at our Hudson, NH site and offer opportunities for collaboration across the Precision Strike organization.
- Lead and direct a team of engineering support personnel, including project coordinators and administrative assistants, to ensure seamless support for engineering projects and teams.
Oversee staffing, development, performance management, work plans, and employee relations, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Identify and address development needs, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure the team has the skills and expertise required to excel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and business development teams to drive business outcomes.
Uphold the team culture by promoting integrity, ethics, and trust, and address personnel issues in partnership with Human Resources as needed.
