Overview:

We are looking for a 3+ years of experienced Quality Assurance tester who has got expertise in functional and automation testing with Selenium C. Strong understanding of Web Test Framework and proficient in designing and developing reusable testing frameworks for efficient test maintenance. 

Position: Lead Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Web Test Framework for Vue application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications.
• Strong in programming/coding skills using C/Java/JavaScript/Typescript.
• Must have worked on test automation using Selenium.
• Must have worked on API automation.
• Experience in writing/executing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate functionalities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes.
• Proficient in designing and developing reusable testing frameworks for efficient test maintenance.
• Perform functional testing to ensure applications meet requirements and specifications.
• Utilize test management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps to plan, execute, and track test cases.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, including key testing metrics and insights.
• Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing and deployment processes.
• Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to improve product quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in test automation and software testing methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of security testing as well as performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in functional and automation testing with Selenium Java and Selenium C.
