•tPilot all industrialization activities for new product development, new product introduction, new processes or equipment, process changes, and configuration changes
•tSchedule and manage the different phases of the industrialization project in accordance with the project objectives.
•tSetup and follow project progress indicators
•tCoordinate tasks and actors of the industrialization process
•tOrganize milestone reviews and ensure their validation
•tLead and perform process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) for all processes to define key process characteristics
•tLink the results of the PFMEA to the control plan in the DVI-PPAP files
•tFollow the production and control of prototype, development, qualification, and first article parts/assemblies
•tAssist in developing models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze process data and capacity models
•tUtilize and integrate big data analysis to demonstrate process capability and suggest improvements
•tCommunicate manufacturing results and performance through clear data visualization tools
•tLead configuration management activities and coordinate configuration changes into production
•tInterface with Design Engineering for co-engineering activities to create a strong link between process performance and product performance
•tSubmit and track the requests for design change
•tSubmit ideas to support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost
•tProvide complete and accurate documentation required for aerospace equipment production
•tFollow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering
•tPerform other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

•\tPerform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodically
•\tSubjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards
•\tVocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment

•\tBS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or technically related engineering field
•\tThree to five years of work experience in manufacturing and industrialization processes
•\tExperience in data analytics and process statistics preferred
•\tLean Six Sigma experience – Green Belt certification preferred
