Job Description:

Quality Engineering / Production / Support Transfer of Work
FAI (First Article Inspection)
Abgleich Montageanweisung und reale Fertigung in der Produktion
LAI (Last Article Inspection)
Check ob das Produkt in Form und Maßen der Spezifikation entspricht
Dokumentation von Abweichungen
OPRI (Ongoing Production Inspection) – Hauptteil der Aufgabe
Kontrolle in der Produktion des Kunden ob die Montageanweisung, inkl.
Materialliste vollständig und korrekt ist
Wichtig:
Existente Montageanleitungen sind in Deutscher Sprache, Werker sprechen
Deutsch, FAI, LAI & OPRI Reports müssen in Englisch erstellt werden

Job Requirements:

Luftfahrtkenntnisse
Office-Paket
Hohe technische Affinität
Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu verstehen und abzubilden
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (lesen & sprechen) erforderlich
Gute Englischkenntnisse (lesen, schreiben & sprechen) erforderlich
Hands-on-Mentalität
Gute Kommunikation mit den Werkern
