We are seeking a talented and motivated Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Test Engineer II to join our dynamic team. As a CCA Test Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a key role as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting both hardware and software testing of circuit card assemblies and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess a foundation in circuit card assembly testing, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and expand their skill set.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes and systems, contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge technology that enhances safety and performance in aerospace.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and debug hardware for circuit card assembly testing.
- Provide software support for testing and debugging circuit card assemblies.
- Support operations and maintenance of Flying Probe Stations, In-Circuit Test (ICT) systems, and JTAG testing equipment.
- Assist in PCB design and ensure proper preparation for testing workflows.
- Develop and execute procedures for functional testing of circuit cards and electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers to design, validate, and implement CAD designs and testing processes.
- Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and performance issues.
- Commit to learning and developing skills in Flying Probe Testing, In-Circuit Testing (ICT), JTAG, and Functional Test Systems to meet present and future technology demands.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical field
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in circuit card assembly testing or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with hardware design/debug, PCB design, and functional test support systems.
Familiarity with CAD tools and test development workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to develop expertise in advanced testing platforms and tools.
WE VALUE
Experience with industry-standard software tools for test automation and system debugging.
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards.
Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Flying Probe Stations, ICT, including Teradyne Systems, and JTAG equipment.
Certifications or prior training in ICT, JTAG, or Flying Probe systems is a plus.
