Lead with Precision in Aerospace Quality Assurance
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven FAA Senior Quality Engineer to join our aviation quality team. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and AS9100 standards, driving continuous improvement, and upholding the highest levels of safety and reliability in aerospace operations.
What You’ll Do
Ensure full compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations and AS9100 quality standards.
Conduct internal and external audits to assess and verify adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and operational performance.
Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
4–6 years of quality assurance experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
In-depth knowledge of FAA Part 145, AS9100, and related industry standards.
Proven experience conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound, data-driven decisions.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $36.00 to $44.00 per hour
