KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the development, integration, and testing of embedded software for avionics systems
- Support FCIs and assigned work packages, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and project requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, verification, hardware) to understand requirements and define implementation details
- Implement software features in C/C++; or other embedded programming languages
- Participate in code reviews and follow established software development processes
- Ensure compliance with DO‑178C and relevant ARP (Aerospace Recommended Practices) standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and support certification‑related activities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of experience in embedded software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++;, or Python
- Hands‑on experience with embedded systems, RTOS concepts, or microcontrollers
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Understanding of DO‑178C processes or experience working in safety‑critical domains
