You will be the Electronics Design Subject Matter Expert for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team develops cutting-edge technologies for small form factor missiles, including processor boards and interface board designs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Electronics Design subject matter expert in multiple Electronics Design relevant to the all LOBs across MFC with a strong record of innovative work on tactical hardware design that commensurate with that of a LM Fellow. The candidate will provide a senior-level presence within the HDA Directorate. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive Rigor into the Hardware Development and Design Assurance Processes
• Conducting Design Assurance Reviews as the Review Lead
• Serve as an expert to resolve highly advance Electronics Design challenges
• Engagement with GTS/LM Fellows to resolve complex challenges in the domain of Electronics Design
• Serve as a top consultant for capture and proposal writing activities
• Engagement with early and mid-career engineers to provide mentoring and knowledge transfer in the domain of Electronics Design

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Circuit Card Design Experience
FPGA Design Experience
Fire Control experience
Missile experience
Full product lifecycle (Capture/Requirements/Development/Integration/Production/Sustainment)
Desired Skills:
Proposal and Capture experience
Capability to serve as a mentor for early and mid career engineers
Previous LM Fellow or Group Technical Staff is a plus
MFC Design Assurance Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
