Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data for assigned project.
• Support the enhancement of the team workload management system
• Provide proposals to improve funding management
• Support the team on the development of Problem-Solving projects and Action Plans
• Support the team on the development of assigned project.
• Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders.
• Self-check of work

Qualification / Requirements

• Student of industrial engineering, mechanical administration engineering or related fields.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
• English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English.
• Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated ability in managing own projects.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
• Accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset
• Open team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with visual management tools is a plus.

• Full-time job: 40 hours per week
• In-person work is required at GEIQ offices in Queretaro, Mex

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
