* Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science and 9-15 years of experience
* Experience in design, drafting, or 3D modeling
* Hands-on experience with Creo Parametric
* Experience using Windchill EPDM for data management
* Proficiency in creating and modifying 3D models and engineering drawings
* Ability to interpret engineering requirements and translate them into design solutions
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Develops 3D models and detailed drawings using Creo and associated tools
* Modifies existing designs to improve product performance and manufacturability
* Utilizes CAD/CAM systems to create layouts, sketches, and design concepts
* Performs calculations and design studies to support engineering decisions
* Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, tooling, and materials teams to align design requirements
* Incorporates considerations such as ease of manufacture, material availability, and contractual specifications into designs
* Prepares and maintains design documentation, including models, drawings, and revisions
