Job Profile Summary
The Digital and IT Analyst is an intermediate IT technical position with 2+ years related experience in a technical or business role working in a team environment. Ability to communicate, lead projects, and perform critical analysis under limited supervision. Ability to define/analyze business-related technology requirements and participate in small teams on assignments to accomplish project goals.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in multiple teams/projects, demonstrating complex problem-solving techniques along with an understanding of one or more technical/functional business areas.
Provide front line support for technology challenges, deployment of new resource requests, and recommend modifications to basic IT systems to improve processes.
Define and analyze business-related technology requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with team members to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
Key Skills and Requirements
Azure Infrastructure Experience: Demonstrated experience with Azure infrastructure, including knowledge of Azure services and capabilities.
Resource Provisioning: Ability to provision and manage resources in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
Basic Networking Knowledge: Understanding of basic network components and configurations, including VNETs, subnets, and security groups.
Azure DevOps experience
Experience using Powershell and Bicep scripting languages
Cloud Technologies: Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, Google, etc) is a plus.
Qualifications
Key Skills:
Participates in multiple teams/projects, demonstrates complex problem-solving techniques along with the understanding of one or more technical/functional business areas
Point of contact (POC) for most communications with the vendor and manages expectations, recommends modifications of basic IT systems to improve and simplify business systems
Bachelors Degree in IS/IT, Business, or related function
2+ years’ experience in Information Technology with industry recognized
Specific Skills and Requirements for this opportunity:
