Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Applications Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of solution architects and engineers focused on delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable solutions. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure seamless integration of our technologies into client systems and workflows.
Job Requirements:

•\tLead, mentor, and develop a team of applications engineers, fostering growth in both technical and soft skills.
•\tEstablish clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
•\tManage application engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and technical quality.
•\tOversee solution design, prototyping, validation, and customer deployment in coordination with product and engineering teams.
•\tEnsure best practices in pre-sales support, RFQ/RFP support, product demonstrations, product training (internal and external), 2nd tier product technical support, product requirements development and reviews, trade show support, and conference/webinar presentations.
