Job Description:
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Dispatcher Skills
- Customer Service: Must have strong people skills. Dispatcher will be working in an office environment and will be expected to communicate with people from multiple departments in a respectful and professional manor.
- Data Entry Proficiency (type 40 words a minute): Must be able to enter fuel load numbers and message internal customers quickly and accurately.
- Documentation: Write down numbers and take notes quickly and legibly.
- Database: Able to quickly learn multiple databases. Previous knowledge of UPS internal systems a plus.
- Multi-tasking: Must be able to navigate multiple databases, answer phone, text with small equipment drivers, message dispatchers through teams messaging and communicate via radio.
- MS Office: Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel is needed.
