JOB TITLE: RS Avionics Installer II - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $30.17/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Support avionics/electrical system installations and modifications per engineering documentation
Fabricate and install wiring, components, and equipment
Maintain logs, records, and complete tasks on schedule
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and customer specifications
Perform quality checks and ensure defect-free assemblies before final inspection
Follow safety procedures, FOD/tool control, and 5S standards
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Maintain shop equipment and tools
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, YIAW)
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Either:
2 years of accredited aviation electronics schooling or
2 years of related work experience or
Avionics certificate + 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong written, verbal, and computer skills required
Must be fluent in English
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
