Coastal Aircraft Services is expanding and seeking a Director of Avionics to lead our new avionics division. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage a department from the ground up while working on a variety of aircraft including King Airs, Pilatus, piston twins and singles.

Responsibilities

• Lead avionics installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with technicians and customers to deliver high-quality service
• Develop and grow an avionics team
• Support overall shop operations and strategic planning

• A&P License required
• Strong avionics experience across multiple aircraft platforms
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Familiarity with turboprop and piston aircraft
