An Avionics Installer will assist in installations, modifications and the fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be able to perform 91.411/.413 checks on multiple Airframe types; conduct Avionic Ground Tests on Aircraft; seek, identify and repair problems found. Additionally be familiar with Garmin Platforms, Collins, Honeywell, and S-Tec autopilots.
Requirements 3+ years avionics experience
Applicants should bring all trade specific hand tools to this assignment
Garmin experience required
Solid work history required (This is a long term assignment. Applicants with short stents of employment over the previous 2 years will not be considered)
High School Diploma or GED
Miscellaneous Tool box MUST be SHADOWED and tools ETCHED. Candidates must report on day 1 with acceptable US Persons documentation per U.S. Export Control Compliance requirements.
