Workforce Integration Analyst- Junior Level

Description:You will be the Workforce Integration analyst for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Operations Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring 100 staffing of hourly technical roles, Workforce metrics, and all hourly workforce strategy.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Workforce Integration analyst you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic workforce plans that enables the affordable execution of Sustainment and Production contracts at Greenville Site Operations. Assists with the execution to defined requirements to deliver a capable workforce to Operations and Support teams. Facilitates deployment and redeployment of workforce in collaboration with the Operations leadership team and Human Resources across multiple programs and projects. Ensures necessary training support is obtained to prepare the workforce for deployment to work areas. Collaborates with Industrial Engineering, Program Office, Operations Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to define and execute workforce plans. Monitors program performance with Operations leadership, collaborating and adjusting workforce plans to enable favorable cost/schedule performance.

Will engage external/internal partners to create and sustain a workforce pipeline for future site growth.

Will use provided workforce staffing plans provided by industrial engineering to build data packages that will be presented to executive leadership.

~Position can work remote but must be on site at least 50 of the time.

~Some Travel maybe required for Hiring Events, Military Recruiting events, and other business needs

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of professional experience with a bachelors degree

• Professional experience leveraging MS Excel to develop key performance metrics from raw data, and utilizing MS PowerPoint to craft compelling, executive-level reporting packages that effectively communicate insights and drive business decisions.
Desired Skills:
-Data analysis and automated data tools experience- Tableau

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

-Experience with the interview process and hiring

-Experience developing resource capacity and manpower plans

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
