Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Cirrus campuses. The Guest Ambassador/Concierge enhances customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences by creating a world class environment. Work location may be at various campus offices.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions – Weekend Guest Ambassador I

  • Greet, engage, and host all customers, prospective customers, colleagues, contractors, and visitors
  • Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly
  • Communicate the needs and observations of guests to other appropriate parties
  • Maintain safe and secure surroundings, including escorting, handing-off, and tending to all parties on-site at any given time
  • Support all departments and personnel to maintain positive company culture
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless experiences
  • Act as a liaison between, to, and for all departments and the company as a whole
  • Keep track of current personnel, company news, operations, and policies
  • Provide support for any celebrations, escalations, or special circumstances in the customer experience
  • Work closely with weekend Ground Support Operations, Flight Operations, and Maintenance personnel to accommodate customers needs
  • Maintain common spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, maintenance, reordering, etc.)
  • Responsible for all individuals signing-in for their visit:
    • Individuals must sign the Patriot Act presented
    • Individuals should be presented with identification
    • Individuals should be escorted by a Cirrus employee
  • Organize and distribute customer and visitor badges daily
  • Knowledge of company scheduling applications, digital communications, and in-person intel to contribute to weekly Concierge Reports.
    • Concierge Reports cover: weekly delivery and training schedules, daily attendance, lunch orders, arrival and departure information, and any associated accommodations for that week
  • Order, pick-up, and present daily lunch offerings for all guests and their hosts on-campus
  • Refresh all common spaces, customer lounges, and briefing rooms with fresh stock and supplies.
  • Communicate a weekend review to weekday team members
  • Process retail transactions and collect payment for the Cirrus Store and communicate to the retail team
  • Keep track of company courtesy vehicles, fueling and detailing each vehicle each weekend
  • Receive and process aviation fuel orders and collect payment information
  • Shuttle and escort customers to various buildings on the Vision Center campus; arrange transportation as needed
  • Monitor parking at each building and provide visitors with parking passes during their visit
  • Keep track of building accessibility, both in personnel badge access and in building lock schedules
  • Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials
  • Strives to improve service performance
  • Additional duties as required

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required. An Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 years customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
  • 1-3 years aviation experience preferred
