The opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia is looking to resource a Product Support Analyst to support the E-7A Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft to support the United States Air Force Rapid Protype (USAF RP) program. The E-7A is a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system.

The E-7A USAF RP Product Support Analyst is a valued member of the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Product Support Maintenance and Training Capability. In this role you will work within the E-7A USAF RP Product Support team under guidance to prepare Logistics Product Data (LPD) utilizing Product Support Analysis (PSA) techniques to satisfy program provisioning requirements:
Responsibilities
The E-7A USAF RP Product Support Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Populating data elements associated with the logistics support analysis record;
- Follow process to identify and recommend spare and repair parts for Operator-Level and Depot-Level maintenance including assignment of source, maintenance and recoverability (SMR) codes;
- Maintain and deliver all engineering source data used to develop the USAF E-7A provisioning data;
- Follow quality process(es) and system(s) to ensure the PTD is complete and accurate) IAW team plans, process and GEIA-STD-0007C, GEIA-HB-0007B and the US Air Force Initial Provisioning Performance Specification (IPPS);
- Collaborating with E-7A Product Support team members, responsible for self-quality checks and highlighting process improvements to Team Lead; and
- Working closely with Senior Product Support Analysis Technical Leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve project deliveries.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
- experience in maintenance, operational or supply support environments, or E-7A platform knowledge desirable
- Experience in analysing/manipulating large data is desirable
- Experience/training in developing GEIA- STD-0007C, MIL-STD-1388, DEF (AUST) 5691/5692, Logistics Product Data is highly desirable
- Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance
- Current Australian Citizenship
