Overview:
Are you organized, customer-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently? CAE is looking for a Training Center Support Administrator (TCSA) to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at our training center. As the main point of contact for customers, clients, and guests, you will provide essential information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Greet and assist customers, clients, and guests.
- Coordination:Collaborate with different teams to meet customer needs.
- Information:Provide details about training schedules, logistics, and other requests.
- Facility Management:Ensure the training center is ready and organized.
- Issue Resolution:Handle any issues that arise and suggest improvements.
- Survey Management:Collect customer feedback and report to leadership.
Specific Duties:
- Update TSA status and collect check-in documents.
- Assist with check-in and badge creation.
- Manage office supplies and instructor uniforms.
- Support monthly customer surveys.
- Keep contact information up to date.
- Coordinate with security and manage lost & found.
Qualifications:
- Skills:Proactive, resourceful, and a go-getter.
- Experience:2+ years in a similar role. Aviation experience preferred.
- Technical Skills:Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, Oracle. Ariba experience is a plus.
- Customer Service:Experience in customer service roles is required.
- Bilingual:Preferred
