Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards
Compensation Management:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures based on spanet research and internal equity.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to recommend salary adjustments and incentive programs.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage and enhance employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with benefits providers to secure optimal offerings for employees.
- Partner with Talent Development to create and manage employee recognition initiatives that foster engagement and retention.
Policy Development:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to create, update, and communicate total rewards policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are well-documented and easily accessible to employees.
- Communicate total rewards programs to employees clearly and effectively.
HRIS Management
System Administration and Oversight:
- Administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Lead system updates, enhancements, and user support for HRIS-related functions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HRIS and analytics tools to generate reports and insights related to total rewards, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Present findings to HR leadership and recommend actionable strategies based on data analysis.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities, total rewards programs, and data reporting tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CCP, PHR, SPHR), preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or HRIS management.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful total rewards programs.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g. UKG, SAP, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
