Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of aviation personnel. This role requires a strong background in aviation operations, regulations, and effective training methodologies.

Essential Functions:

• Design, develop, and update training materials and curricula for various aviation technical disciplines.
• Ensure training content is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for pilots, maintenance staff, and other aviation professionals.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and e-learning platforms.
• Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the competency of trainees.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to promote continuous improvement.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with aviation training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and assessment results.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in aviation operations or technical training.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and best practices.
• Familiarity with Structures, Airframe, Powerplant, General, Avionics, a plus.
