STS Engine Services is hiring a Technical Planner to join our team at Stansted Airport. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning engine work scopes that align with customer requirements and operational capacity. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced MRO environment.

• Plan engine maintenance work inputs in line with the capacity plan
• Create and issue work packs while ensuring tooling and materials are preloaded
• Liaise with Workshop Management to balance workload across labour and skill availability
• Support ongoing updates to the Capacity Plan and workflow schedules
• Review completed work packs for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with the Commercial Department regarding customer inputs and deadlines
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Management Team

• Minimum of 5 years of production or maintenance planning experience (preferred)
• Aviation experience required
• Knowledge of manpower planning and controlling authorities (CAA, FAA, EASA)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask effectively
