ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
This role will provide the functional implementation and support for the talent and compensation modules within Oracle HCM. Responsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users.
Responsible for gathering, managing and analysing requirements to design new application changes for own areas of responsibility ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote ""vanilla"" functionality.
Takes part in the delivery, testing and support of application changes related to own area of responsibility.
Contributes to the development process best practices and, using a consultative approach, gets buy-in from all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Gather, manage, and analyze requirements to design new application changes for your areas of responsibility, ensuring that "vanilla" functionality is promoted.
- Participate in the delivery, testing, and support of application changes related to your specific area of responsibility.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in the development process, using a consultative approach to gain buy-in from all stakeholders.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR system specification and deployment. Acting as a functional analyst with a good understanding of product capabilities and HR practices implementing systems or modules with experience of multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience in setting up HR modules.
- Practical experience in managing requests and incidents, including creating Service Requests via My Oracle Support.
- Good understanding of the upgrade process.
- Proven experience in helping and advising HR Teams and HCM Users.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
