JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; excellent communication skills including the ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction; ability to work with or without supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work well in a demanding environment with frequently changing dynamics. Ability to solve problems. Must be detail-oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or multiple years’ experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of at least one (1) year of related recruiting experience is required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus. Aviation, manufacturing, or complex industry experience preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: Must hold a current valid Arizona driver’s license. SHRM or HRCI certifications are preferred.
Other: May be required to work at all locations - Marana, AZ, Tucson, AZ and Roswell, NM as business needs dictate. •Must be able to travel extensively on recruiting assignments.
