Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 45 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs over 1,000 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure revenue accounting system user manuals are kept up to date reflecting changes to systems as they occur;
- Update and maintenance of master data tables in revenue accounting systems;
- Assistance with review of software customizations and work with provider towards design and implementation;
- Follow the protocols for updating and testing revenue accounting systems;
- Reference person for the user side of the revenue accounting system applications;
- Reports, Statistics and Analysis: preparation of monthly and ad-hoc revenue and variance reports for revenue streams; pax, cargo and charters, others;
- Assistance with preparation of budget and other related exercises for revenue streams and aircraft utilization schedules;
- Participate in planned and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate Supervisor;
- Analysis and reconciliations of assigned GL accounts and other assigned revenue transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Use of Office suites, Excel (advanced), Word; Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of concepts of relational database;
- Previous experience with ERP systems;
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) - Inuktitut an asset.
REMUNERATION
- The remuneration package and associated benefits will be in accordance with corporate policies.
- The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- 4 days in office required
