Description: You will be the Proposals Analyst for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for leading proposal efforts, managing milestones, and negotiating contractual positions with the US Government to ensure program execution success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposals Analyst, you will be responsible for driving proposal activities, interfacing with senior leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of proposals to support the GMLRS program. You will play a critical role in compiling subcontractor proposal packages, collecting cost data, and developing cost models to support proposal efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
•Oversee proposal activities supporting the GMLRS Program, ensuring compliance with RFP specifications and alignment with internal and external customer expectations.
•Develop and execute proposal risk mitigation plans for Global Supply Chain and participate in fact-finding meetings to coordinate responses to RFIs.
•Analyze historical data, develop cost models, and negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers.
•Collaborate with Global Supply Chain organizations, the STORM Team, and internal/external customers to achieve program goals.
•Compile and manage RFPs and bid packages to solicit and evaluate supplier proposals.
•Monitor supplier performance, track price trends, and inform procurement decisions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
