The Advanced Networking Systems Operating Unit (ANS OU) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Sr Principal Logistics Management Analyst based out of San Diego, CA.

As the Staff Logistics Management Analyst, you will be the Point-of-Contact (POC) for all program material property support and management.
Job Description:
As the Sr Logistics Management Analyst, you will be the Point-of-Contact (POC) for all program material management and government property efforts. Typical roles and responsibilities include:
- Offer technical support across the program and integrate technical knowledge to continuously improve competitive position
- Liaison with engineering staff to ensure best practice and share expertise
- Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements
- Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet spaneting and financial objectives
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes such as replenishment, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions
- Other roles assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 6 years of experience master’s degree or 4 years with a PHD; may consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Practical hands-on experience performing logistics and technical support
- Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other government property systems
- Familiarity with understanding logistics documentation, e.g. Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP)
- Experience working with SAP, s3, and other relevant databases
- Prior technical and inventory management experience
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook)
- Experience supporting program property audits
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with property accountability on government defense contracts
- Experience with prior DoD field work
- Strong leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment
- Excellent analytical ability, researching skills, and capacity for planning ahead
- Previous experience supporting a government or DOD customer
- Previous experience supporting program proposals and constructing BOEs
- Active DoD Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $103,200 - $154,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
