As a Sr ISC Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell you will significantly impact how weanalyze and report on government procurement data by designing and automatinginnovative tools. You will report directly to our Director Strategic Sourcing, and youll work out of [Arizona: Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson; or FL: Clearwater; or GA: Atlanta, Norcross on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote 3 in 2 out after 90 days].
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership and Management: Lead complex automation projects from start to finish. Collaborate with end users, IT developers, and organizational leaders to define project scope, articulate precise requirements, and establish clear deliverables. Maintain oversight on project timelines, milestones, and track progress, ensuring that outputs yield actionable insights.
- Adaptable Solution Development: Assess stakeholder requests and challenges to identify appropriate data-driven solutions. Utilize your technical expertise across a range of tools and methodologies to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions that meet project objectives. This may involve creating custom dashboards, developing automated processes, or utilizing programming and data manipulation techniques. Actively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring that the implemented solutions effectively address their needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Autonomous Project Coordination: Demonstrate the ability to independently manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently. Meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards in data outputs and dashboard performance. Utilize sound judgment to make decisions regarding data selection, visualization techniques, and overall project management in an environment characterized by fluctuating priorities and requirements.
- Data Maintenance and Repository Development: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Tableau server datasets, ensuring accurate representation and availability of data for analysis. Contribute actively to the establishment of a centralized internal data repository, transitioning existing Excel-based datasets into more structured formats that enhance overall data accessibility and usability across the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the sourcing processes and engage collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive results. Work with diverse teams to pool expertise, ensuring that projects benefit from shared insights and resources while implementing best practices for dashboard reporting and data handling.
- Effective Analytical Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Deliver comprehensive results through visually appealing presentations and reports to ensure that stakeholders can easily grasp and utilize data-driven insights. Facilitate training sessions or workshops to enhance stakeholder engagement and empower users in utilizing dashboards and reports effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau, with experience in creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights that drive improvement.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects independently, exhibiting flexibility in adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and supply chain analytics is advantageous.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

- 6+ years of experience in supplychain project management.
- Knowledge of supply chainprocesses, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventorymanagement.
