ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As a Senior Test Analyst in our Customer Engagement Information Technology solutions supporting Sales & Marketing business process, you will work with a cross functional scrum team on test automation development for new solutions & enhancements in our Customer Relationship Management tool. Using Agile development practices, you and the team will be responsible for enhancing our testing efficiency and quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensures the software is verified and validated against the criteria set out in the functional and non- functional specifications by defining test cases and ensuring their execution.
• Plan automation for projects according to test strategy.
• Produce test scripts materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
• Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools.
• Interpret, execute, and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards.
• Provide detailed analysis of all testing carried out on the environment ensuring all bugs risks and issues are logged correctly.
• Actively provide feedback to senior QA management which may result in new working practices or general QA improvements.
• Mentor, coach, and coordinate a small group of less experienced QA Analysts ensuring they have the skills and knowledge in order to perform their roles.
• Execute automation scripts, in pipeline, and investigate any failures

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Software Development or Testing environment including experience with current software testing methodologies functional testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar.
• ISEB Foundation qualification or recognized country-specific qualification desirable.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Software Development or Testing environment including experience with current software testing methodologies functional testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• University degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or similar.
• Experience in Selenium, Python, Java or other appropriate language
