As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst - Level 4 (Senior Principal), located in Chandler, AZ youll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This role is on-site only, no telework.
The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst level 4 (Senior Principal) will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.
In this job, you will:
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
- DCMA 14-point
- IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Critical Path Analysis
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
- Provides weekly status and reporting
- Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of stated professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of stated professional experience
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with scheduling software associated with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) (i.e., MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek)
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance at the time of application
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Project 2016
- Experience with resource loading Schedules
- Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience and Schedule Management
- Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
- Experience with Structured Solutions Inc (SSI) Tools
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance at the time of application

Salary Range: $107,800 - $161,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
