Senior Facilities Planner

Job Description:

What are your contributions to the team?

Ensure effective management of the maintenance program for equipment and buildings.
Manage and supervise work orders related to operations across the sites.
Monitor and analyze various performance indicators.
Manage calls for tenders and develop repair progress schedules.
Plan and monitor completed work, and produce improvement and prevention reports.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and identify solutions tailored to their needs.
Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure follow‑up on repair work within the plant.
Monitor the budget associated with maintenance operations.

How can you thrive in this role?

You hold a technical college diploma or any other equivalent combination of training and experience.
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
You have strong knowledge of building equipment.
You demonstrate excellent time and priority management skills.
You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo preferred).
You speak French and English, both orally and in writing.
