As a Senior Business Analyst within the eCommerce Chapter, you will play a key role in enabling high-quality product delivery by applying consistent and pragmatic analysis practices. Reporting to the Business Analyst Chapter Lead, you will support teams within the eCommerce domain by clarifying business needs, shaping requirements, and ensuring that demand is well understood, prioritized, and translated into actionable requirements.
Youll work closely with product owners, designers, architects, and engineers to bridge business goals with technical solutions. Your focus will be on early-stage analysis, clear requirements documentation, process flows, ensuring smooth delivery, and measurable business outcomes. In addition to delivery support, you will contribute to the Chapter’s ways of working, adopting and promoting best practices in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business case development.
You will play a key role in mentoring other analysts within the chapter and contributing to the maturity of business analysis practices. You will also create conditions for traceability, reusability, and continuous improvement, helping the Chapter mature as a community of practice.
