Component Return Administrator – Contract RoleLocation: Troy, OH 45373
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM-Part Time 20 hours per week -Days to be determined.

Be the Backbone of Aerospace LogisticsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Component Return Administrator to support our aerospace operations in Troy, OH. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate return of aircraft components, directly impacting aircraft reliability and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with the Returned Goods (RG) department and supply base, youll be the link that keeps communication and components flowing across major aerospace programs.
What Youll Be DoingTrack and manage returned units to and from customers and suppliers
Collaborate daily with the Returned Goods (RG) department to maintain visibility on open Work in Progress (WIP)
Follow up with suppliers to expedite overdue returns and resolve backlogs
Provide written status updates for internal teams and customers
Support return processes for high-volume and critical components, including LRUs, EBAs, and EBACs
Monitor and report on recurring removal rates (approx. 10 units/week for BD-100) and support component tracking across two major programs
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Ability to multitask and follow through with minimal supervision
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in aerospace logistics, supply chain, or component returns
Familiarity with ERP systems or component tracking platforms
Understanding of component reliability processes or returned goods procedures

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
