Job Description: Recruiting Coordinator/HR Admin
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator/HR Admin to support our talent acquisition efforts and HR team. This dual-role position blends coordination and recruiting responsibilities with HR admin responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to both the strategic and administrative aspects of the hiring process.
This is an on-site position located in Santa Ana, CA.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking tools.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback sessions.
- Assist in negotiating and extending offers to selected candidates.
Coordination Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers and candidates.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and ensure postings remain up-to-date.
- Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate interview details to candidates, including location, time, and interviewers.
Onboarding and Administrative Support:
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including first-day schedules and required documentation.
- Ensure candidate and new hire data is accurately entered into HRMS systems such as Workday and ADP.
- Prepare reports on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and diversity metrics.
- Provide HR admin support
- Collaborate with HR on cross-functional projects, such as process improvement and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in recruiting or recruitment coordination and 1-2 years HR admin or HR generalist experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.50 to $33.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
