The Role
As we expand our Global Talent Acquisition team we are in pursuit of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who echoes our client’s aspirations and is dedicated to offering a world class experience for our software candidates. If you are characterized by a pronounced service orientation a drive for impeccable candidate engagement and an innate propensity to seek procedural refinement this role is tailored for you. Your alliance with our Recruitment Leads and Partners will be instrumental in curating a distinguished candidate experience marked by precision and discernment.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
- Serve as the point of contact on interview days ensuring a smooth and welcoming onsite experience.
- Provide top notch candidate care delivering timely and accurate responses to candidates recruiters hiring managers and HR partners.
- Prepare and support documentation required for the interview process when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage candidate trackers and pre employment results leveraging Excel and Workday dashboards.
- Communicate challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process.
Your Skills and Abilities Required Qualifications
- 1 plus years of experience in a formal business setting or office setting
- Experience in recruiting support encompassing interview orchestration
- Mastery over Microsoft Suite applications Outlook PowerPoint Word Teams
- Unwavering attention to detail complemented by the capability to operate in a dynamic setting
- Acumen to assimilate new recruiting methodologies and tools swiftly
- Stellar customer service acumen both in written and oral communications
- Robust administrative expertise working with multiple stakeholders including executives and their admins
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking system particularly Workday
- Experience utilizing a scheduling tool such as Paradox to assist in automation
- Previous experience with executive recruitment support particularly in big tech companies
- Experience in facilitating pre employment screenings of US and Canadian candidates
