Job Objective
The Records Analyst is responsible to provide data entry, accurate collection, sort, review, analyze, organize, update, and maintain all Company aircraft records documentation.
Essential Functions
- Maintain and organize aircraft maintenance records
- Enter aircraft records, times, cycles, and component information into the computer system
- Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data; provide research support to both in-house and remote facilities
- Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the Technical Records Database Analyze aircraft records to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate with and assist Aviation Maintenance Technicians with aircraft records discrepancies; identify and obtain corrections to discrepancies in records
- Work effectively and efficiently with quality assurance, maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
