Job Description:

*Works with the Quality Management Lead to ensure quality management for accomplishing TO performance expectations and objectives.

*Facilitates root cause/lessons learned analysis. Analyzes, compiles, tracks, and reports on findings of non-compliance and provides recommendations for improvement

*. Escalates unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure in InSITE. Collects metrics, analyzes, and reports various measures to PM and other stakeholders.

*Makes recommendations for continuous improvement. Performs spot checks/audits of performance against SOPs. Helps create self-assessment for award fee evaluation process

Education/Experience:

(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Required Experience:

*Experience in working with the Quality Management Lead to ensure quality management for accomplishing TO performance expectations and objectives.

*Experience in facilitating root cause/lessons learned analysis.

*Experience in analyzing, compiling, tracking, and reporting on findings of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
