Project Planner
Greenville, SC
Contract Position
$40.00-$60.00/Hour
Be part of an peration that focuses on the sustainment and modernization of tactical aircraft, ensuring they remain ready and capable. This facility is a cornerstone of aerospace maintenance and support, providing essential services to enhance military aircrafts operational life and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret aircraft structural and mechanical engineering blueprints to write detailed work instructions for technicians (structural, electrical, avionics, and maintenance).
- Develop clear instructions for maintenance, modifications, repairs, and overhauls, including parts fabrication as required.
- Specify required support equipment, tools, materials, and labor budgets in the work documents.
- Lead approval sessions with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customers.
- Incorporate stakeholder-approved changes and technical data into work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in aircraft structures.
- Experience in process planning and interpreting technical aviation documents.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
