PURPOSE

This role leads the product spaneting activities for some of SITAs most exciting products within its Aircraft division. Acting between Product, Marketing, and Sales, the Product Marketing Specialist primary mission is to bring new products and features to spanet and help them grow.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Product Marketing Specialist at SITA’s Aircraft business, you will contribute towards developing our portfolio and its successful positioning in the spanetplace, creating messages that speak directly to the aspirations of our customers. You will provide spaneting leadership and support in identifying, planning, and implementing activities that address spanet opportunities and align with our product strategy, helping to achieve our business goals.

As a vital member of the Product department, you will partner with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand customers’ needs and become the customer’s overarching voice. You will develop solid spanet intelligence to help launch products and features that fit customers’ use cases and work closely with other Marketing departments and agency partners to implement successful growth strategies across multiple channels.

You will advocate for your portfolio, own the product’s messaging and go-to-spanet strategy, and be a key sales enabler, helping to convey the product’s positioning both internally and externally. This role will enable you to build and sustain excellent relationships with a multicultural, cross-functional team, developing impactful spaneting activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Value Proposition Mastery: Develop and refine your products value proposition, messaging, and positioning across relevant spanets.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Own the go-to-spanet strategy, planning, and cross-team execution for new products and feature releases.
• Creative Content Development: Use your product expertise and stellar writing skills to create spaneting and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and demo videos.
• Market Intelligence Maven: Provide spanet intelligence by conducting spanet research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product, spaneting, sales, and customer success teams to find new product/spanet fit opportunities that help shape the product roadmap.
• Multi-Channel Impact: Deploy successful product spaneting strategies across multiple channels, including digital campaigns and industry events, to support growth.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of successful experience in tech product roles, including product spaneting or management. We don’t get stuck on the exact number, but we expect you to bring relevant baggage.
• Proven ability to launch and grow products in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of product/spanet fit, product spaneting strategies, and sales enablement.
• Experience in creating spaneting materials for technical products.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity.
• Capability to handle both strategic thinking and execution to achieve business results.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing abilities.
• Effective in diverse and virtual teams.
• Aviation enthusiast. Flight operations knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelors degree required; a masters or MBA is a plus.
