Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift (8 AM - 5 PM, flexible start/end times)
Pay Rate: $68.91 per hour
Take the Lead in Aerospace Program PlanningPDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Senior Program Planner/Scheduler to support aerospace programs. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and evaluating program performance through Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). As the central scheduling expert, you will drive critical decision-making, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver on time.
What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with corporate requirements
Ensure cost and schedule integration by resource-loading IMS with target budgets
Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and variance analysis
Support program teams by providing data-driven insights and mitigation strategies
Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes to maintain schedule baselines
Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Program Managers, finance teams, contracts, and technical leads
Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and government regulations
Work fully onsite in Everett, WA
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience in Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management (or Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience)
Expertise in MS Project or other scheduling tools (Primavera, Open Plan)
Hands-on experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), critical path analysis, and workflow evaluation
Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with government regulations related to program planning and earned value compliance
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Schedule Metrics and Data Analysis
Experience with schedule risk analysis tools (Full Monte, Risk, FastTrak, PertChart Expert)
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
